The initial launch of the NRS thin-body acoustic guitar has been a great success for New Sound Acoustics. This success has defined and sharpened our vision for the future. We are restructuring our business plan and soon will be relaunching as a new guitar company that solely deals with the engineering and design of lightweight, high quality, thin-body acoustic guitars.
Noel Rosa has taken over the ownership of New Sound Acoustics and has a strong vision for the future of this company and the NRS guitar.
Below is a list of a few exciting changes coming.

- The NRS guitars will be lighter in weight. The NRS is already the lightest thin body acoustic guitar in its class. The new models will amaze you as they will be even lighter!
- New colors and bursts.
- Expansion of the NRS guitar series with the introduction of the NRS-2 sporting a new bold design
- Specialized versions of the NRS
- New Proprietary pickup specifically designed for the NRS
